Grand Junction Rotary - A Message from the Club President

Thank you for honoring me as your new president. I do not accept this job lightly and with little forethought. Instead I ask for your indulgence and your aid in helping our club to grow both in membership and in stature. The next year offers us many challenges with a weakening national economy and questions as to the relevancy of service clubs in our communities today. My hope is that you will all find our club even more to your liking and our service relevant to you, to our community and the world.

Now, for the first issue of business; it is time to order our school supplies for the coming school year. Our bank account is approximately $15,000 under the level needed to order this year’s supplies. I encourage each Rotarian to consider how we may join forces to obtain the needed funds to continue this vital program. Thank you!
